Nesma is a center that trains and employs hearing – impaired women as well as women with special needs. The women work in the fields of sewing, silkscreen printing and electronic embroidery. I was hired to oversee the project from the start I had 60 employees under my management. My key responsibilities included:

• Supervise factory construction and establishment

• Hiring and training of the staff

• Created the training program

• Resposible for marketing plan

• Controlled costs and reviewed all book keeping

Computer Teacher,  Jeddah Autism Center. Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

​1997 - 2003

• Established the computer department

• Trained the children in typing skills

• Trained and supervised the work of some children in areas of (collating, cutting, laminating and teacher assisting)

• Active in developing and expanding the center

• Created and designed a website for the center

• Responsible for creating all the communication cards and books

• Designed a communication card program in Arabic for children with Autism

• Assisted the Vice President in overall management of the center
