My Name is Nuha Gendi.
I am an Instructional Design and Technology Masters student
in the College of Education and Human Development at George Mason University
and I will be graduating in the fall of 2015.
I am a wife and a mother of three. I love working with computers and technology and I enjoy training and creating curricula. This major combines both of my passions and so I have been enjoying every bit of my educational journey so far. I have been fortunate to have had the chance to live in different parts of the world and have worked with a diverse group of people from all over. I feel that these experiences have helped me grow into a better Instructional Designer and have made me more aware of differences that differentiate people from one another.
Personal Goal Statement
I aspire to get my PhD and I plan on pursuing this lifelong goal as soon as I graduate from the Master’s program. Once I have earned my degree, it is my dream to help train people with special needs or those interested in working with individuals with special needs. If I can put my knowledge and my experience together to help a segment of people that do not have as many opportunities as others, I will feel like I have made a difference in life.

RECENT PROJECT
The Project I enjoyed most working on was the EDIT 732, developing a constructivist learning environment. This project gave me an opportunity to take the knowledge I have gained over the past two years and apply it to a setting that initially established a while back. Once the project was complete, I forwarded the information to the establishment that this was created for, and they are looking into implementing it. It is fulfilling to help re-develop something and know that it is going to good use.
